SELF DEFENCE SEMINAR SUCCESS
Over 50 students from Port
Stephens, the Central Coast and the Upper Hunter Regions joined Master Frost
for a 3 hour self defence seminar on Sunday 4th May at the Raymond Terrace
Dojang,New South Wales. The seminar focused on knife defence, joint manipulation
and disarming an attacker. During the seminar segments were professionallt
filmed for a new cinemas advertisment that will commence screening at the
Raymond Terrace Cinemas on the 1st June.
